What to include in your enquiry
For development: site address or lot/plan, current zoning, proposed use, timing expectations and whether you hold the land or represent the owner. For investment: mandate size, risk tolerance, preferred asset class and reporting requirements. For trade: product description, origin/destination, Incoterms preference and whether samples or compliance certificates exist.
Incomplete enquiries may receive a request for further information before a meeting is scheduled. We do not provide informal planning advice that could be construed as a formal planning opinion.

Response standards
